Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website (themarginread.juniorsquared.com) and to The Margin Read Publisher (the "Application"), both operated by JuniorSquared ("we", "us"). By using the website or the Application, you agree to these terms.

1. The Application

The Application is a private desktop application used by the owner of The Margin Read YouTube channel to upload videos to that channel and to read performance figures for it. It is not offered, sold or licensed to the public, and no one other than the channel owner is authorized to use it.

2. YouTube and Google terms

The Application uses the YouTube API Services. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our own handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Application to access a YouTube channel or Google account you are not authorized to manage, to interfere with YouTube or Google services, or in any way that breaks the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service or applicable law.

4. Channel content

The Margin Read's videos and this website are for general education about business economics. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in them is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Figures are taken from public sources, such as company filings, which are cited in each video's description; we work to report them accurately but cannot guarantee that sources are free of errors or that figures remain current.

Company names and trademarks mentioned in the videos or on this site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the companies discussed. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.

5. Ownership

The Margin Read name, original videos, scripts, illustrations and the content of this website belong to JuniorSquared, except for third-party material such as trademarks and quoted source figures.

6. No warranty

The website and the Application are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JuniorSquared is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the website, the Application or the channel's content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
